The CNC punching range within Geka CNC is a High Performance and Tailor-Made range of CNC Lines for Punching and Shearing Plates, Flat Bars and Angles. They can be applied to the construction of Metal Structures, Telecommunications and other Construction purposes. There are three series of CNC punching solutions for metal processing: the Alfa series, Paxy series and Gamma series (Roller and Traction)

Alfa Series: Flat Bars Processing CNC Punching Solutions

The Alfa Series is one of Geka CNC’s Lines for Punching, Marking, Drilling and Shearing Flat Bars and Angles from 4mm up to 40mm thicknesses.

This flat bar processing CNC punching solution includes five flat bars metal processing machines:

  • Alfa 150: CNC solution for punching and shearing flat bars up to 150×10 mm with a maximum punching force of 640 kN and a maximum diameter of 31 mm.
  • Alfa 500: CNC solution for punching, drilling and shearing flat bars up to 500×20 mm with a maximum punching force of 1100 kN and a maximum diameter of 40 mm.
  • Alfa 500/150: CNC solution for punching, drilling, marking and shearing flat bars and angles up to 500×20 mm with a maximum punching force of 1100 kN and a maximum diameter of 40 mm with one vertical wing punch.
  • Alfa 500/165T: CNC solution for punching, drilling, marking and shearing flat bars up to 500×25 mm with a maximum punching force of 1650 kN and a maximum diameter of 40 mm.
  • Alfa 500/220T: CNC solution for punching, drilling, marking and shearing flat bars up to 500×35 mm with a maximum punching force of 2200 kN and a maximum diameter of 40 mm.

Paxy series Plates Processing CNC Punching Solutions

Paxy series is a plates processing CNC Line for Punching, Marking and Drilling Plates up to 40 mm thickness and 18 meters long.

This steel plates processing CNC punching solution includes four CNC metal processing machines which have in common that process material of maximum 40 mm of thickness and can punch a diameter of 40 mm with up to 3 punches. They process material of different length and width:

  • Paxy 1000
    • Maximum length: 1000 mm
    • Maximum width: 500 mm
  • Paxy 1500
    • Maximum length: 1500 mm
    • Maximum width: 750 mm
  • Paxy 2000
    • Maximum length: 2000 mm
    • Maximum width: 750 mm
  • Paxy X plus
    • Maximum length: 3000-18000 mm
    • Maximum width: 750 mm

Gamma series Angles Processing CNC Punching Solutions

Gamma series (Roller and traction) is a CNC Line for Punching, Marking and Shearing Angles.

This angle processing CNC punching solutions include one individual machine (Gamma Traction) and another series that consists of three CNC punching machines (Gamma Roller).

Gamma traction is a CNC solution for punching, shearing and drilling angles with a traction system and a feeder trolley.

Gamma roller is a CNC punching solution for the processing of large quantities of angles. The main features and differences between the three punching machines are:

  • Gamma Roller 80 / C2PL: CNC solution for angle punching and shearing.
    • Maximum L: 80x80x8 mm
    • Maximum diameter: 25 mm
    • Punching force: 340 kN
    • Shearing station power: 650 kN
  • Gamma Roller 150 2P / DPS: CNC solution for punching, marking, and shearing large volumes of Angles and Flat Bars
    • Maximum L: 150x150x15 mm
    • Maximum diameter: 31 mm
    • Punching force: 600 kN
    • Shearing station power: 1900 kN
  • Gamma Roller 160 – 3P / ALPS: CNC Solution for punching, marking and cutting angles, flat bars and U profiles.
    • Maximum L: 160x160x16 mm
    • Maximum diameter: 31 mm
    • Punching force: 800 kN
    • Shearing station power: 2550 kN
